In the first quarter of 2025, several free-to-play games on iOS in the Netherlands showed notable performance metrics, as tracked by Sensor Tower.

Block Blast! from Hungry Studio saw a consistent decline in weekly downloads, starting at 45.8K in early January and dropping to 7.5K by late March. The weekly active users also decreased from 841.9K to 581.6K over the same period.

Color Block Jam by Rollic Games experienced a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $15.7K by the end of March. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 18.8K in early March before settling at 9.6K. The active user base grew steadily, reaching 53.2K by the quarter's end.

Township, a long-standing favorite by Playrix, maintained a strong revenue stream, averaging around $54K weekly. Downloads saw a gradual decrease, from 18.1K at the start to 6.4K at the end of March, while active users peaked at 79.1K in early March before declining to 65.4K.

Math Crossword — Number Puzzle from Tripledot Studios had stable weekly downloads, averaging around 8K, with active users peaking at 28.5K in late February before slightly decreasing to 23.3K by the end of March.

Archero 2 by HABBY, released in early January, initially saw strong revenue, reaching $41.5K in its third week. However, both downloads and active users declined over the quarter, with downloads dropping from 27.3K to 879 and active users from 17.9K to 9.8K.
